Obesity in children is at an all time high in the UK, and it is vital that we all work together to fight the first stages of this. - Sports help develop teamwork and leadership skills. Children quickly learn that they have to work together as a team to win the game.

- Regular exercise increases quality of life. Children who exercise are more likely to continue the practice into adulthood.
